I made the Indigo dress with the button-back and puffy sleeves. How cute does it look in this apple green gingham?!
So easy to make!
Thank you for sharing photos of your Indigo Jane, it looks gorgeous so perfect for summer. Team Buttons x
This pattern is amazing, ive already made 3! There are so many different versions to make, and if you like to hack patterns, then this is definitely for you. Ive made one and altered the the bodice and given it a square neck line.
We love hacks! Thank you so much for sharing your makes with us Faye. Team Buttons x
A friend pointed me to this pattern having admired her dress. Wasn’t sure about sizing (24) but all worked out right. This was my first effort made with a cheap fabric. Will make another with chosen fabric.
All dresses should have pockets.
Totally agree Judith that all dresses should have pockets. Thank you for sharing. Team Buttons x
This was the first time I have made a Dress from a pattern!
The instructions were absolutely clear and easy to follow.
The choice of sizes in the pattern was extensive I think for my fit I could go down a size which I will do next time. My favourite thing about this pattern is the variety of styles to choose from. I will definitely be making lots more! It is so versatile it can be made in a whole range of fabrics too.
Oh yay so pleased you've enjoyed making your first dress! Here's to lots more Indigo's. Team Buttons x
