Everything you need to know about our online workshops
After purchasing your workshop, you’ll receive an email separate to your order confirmation with instructions on how to access your course.
If you can’t find it (or it’s vanished into the email abyss), just follow these steps:
- Head to www.tillyandthebuttonsworkshops.com and select 'Login' at the top right
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address you used at checkout
- Click “Get New Password” and check your inbox
- Follow the link to set your password and you’re in
Once logged in, you can start your workshop anytime.
That’s completely up to you! Our workshops are designed to fit around real life.
Lessons are broken down into manageable, bite-sized chunks, so you can dip in and out whenever it suits you. Most videos are between 3 and 13 minutes long, and each workshop also includes written guidance and downloadable checklists to support your learning.
There’s no rush - take it at your own pace.
Nope! There’s no deadline at all.
Once you’ve purchased a workshop, you can revisit the lessons whenever you like. Rewatching is encouraged - learning new sewing skills takes practice, and we’re here for the long haul.

Yes - workshops make a brilliant gift for sewists!
The easiest way is to purchase a workshop gift voucher for the value of the workshop you want to choose. The recipient can then use it to book their workshop whenever they’re ready to get started.
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t signed in to the course platform.
(Unfortunately, digital products can’t be “returned” once accessed.)
