MODEL GARMENT SIZES - Alice May (pink patterned and short sleeve cardigans) wears size 4 (UK 12). Abi (dark green cardigan) wears size 11 (UK 26), graded to a size 13 (UK 30) at the waist with 2.5cm (1in) added at the bust. Georgie (multi-coloured balloon sleeve) wears a size 3 (UK 10).

1.7m (1 7/8yd) iron-on seam tape or 5mm (1/4in) wide strips of iron-on interfacing
Sewing machine plus basic tools, incl ballpoint machine needle (a rotary cutter and a walking foot can be helpful)

Medium-weight drapey knit fabrics with at least 20% stretch, such as Hacci knit, sweater knit, jacquard knit, stretch velvet, ponte, interlock, lighter weight French terry.

As yet I have not made this pattern but I am very conferdent as with all Tillys patterns it will be fab ,nice little sewing project after the new year

Great pattern, but with a twist

I added a flounce to my neckline which turned out fabulous. The only change I will make next time is to lengthen the bodice by 1.5 inches so the back doesn’t ride up as much with movement in the hope that it keeps the strap that wraps around the back in place. But I do like it cropped!

This is a addictive pattern!

I fell in love with this design. It took me a while to get into it, as I don't do sewing very often. However, once I finally got it, I must admit it was easy to follow , the instructions are so well written and the design it's just lovely. I'm ready to make my second Pearl Cardigan!
