SHIPPING BREAK
We’re taking a little break to sip some mulled wine and eat all the mince pies!
Our last shipping day before Christmas is:
Monday 15th December 2025 (midday)
We’ll be back shipping orders on:
Monday 29th December 2025
During our break:
- Orders for physical items (printed patterns, books, kits, and physical gift cards) placed after midday on 15th December will be shipped when we return on 29th December.
- Digital products (PDF patterns, online workshops, and e-gift cards) will still be delivered automatically by email — no waiting required!
- We’ll reply to customer emails once we’re back. Thanks so much for your patience and kindness, it really means a lot to our small team
WHEN TO ORDER BY
We recommend ordering early to make sure your goodies arrive in time for Christmas!
Order by the following date to receive your order before Christmas**:
Standard (Royal Mail 48/Second Class)
- 1st December - Shipping to Australia and New Zealand**
- 1st December - Shipping to Europe**
- 4th December - Shipping to USA and Canada**
- 15th December midday - UK orders
International tracked (3 or more patterns or a book sent outside the UK/Europe)
- 4th December - Shipping to Australia and New Zealand**
- 11th December - Shipping to USA and Canada**
Orders can still be placed for all our products while we are away. E-gift cards, PDF sewing patterns and online workshops are delivered by email automatically, immediately after order. Physical orders placed between midday 15th December and 28th December 2025 will be shipped when we return on the 29th.
GIFT CARDS
Shopping for a sewist but not sure what they’d love? Gift cards to the rescue!
E-Gift Cards:
Our digital E-Gift Cards are available in amounts from £10 up to £250 and have no delivery fees. They are delivered by email and contain instructions for how to redeem them at checkout.
As well as patterns and books, they can be used towards an online workshop. Just purchase the corresponding amount (e.g. £59) from the drop down list, and then if you or your lovely friend drops us an email at hello@tillyandthebuttons.com, we'll sort it out pronto!

Physical Gift Cards:
Our specially designed Tilly and the Buttons physical gift cards are perfect for popping into your Christmas cards or sending to your pals if you don't know which of our sewing patterns they already own.
These gift cards will be sent to your chosen shipping address in a sealed lilac envelope, within our usual hardy recyclable packaging, to make sure they arrive as cute as can be.
