Tilly and the Buttons

Absolutely beautiful pattern by Tilly & Team Buttons. The perfect pinafore for autumn winter, the dress comes together really nicely with the steps well explained (as with all Tilly & the Buttons patterns). This would be a great pattern if it’s your first time sewing princess seams in my opinion. The bodice facing gives a crisp & clean finish on the inside and the D rings & zip are lovely details too. 100% recommend this pattern & I will be making it again x

I loved sewing the Noa, instructions are clear as always and the inside is finished nicely. The zip came in easily and the buckle makes it so adjustable. I already styled it for autumn, but I feel like I will get a lot of wear all year round.

I have recently bought a sewing machine and really enjoyed making these pyjamas. I made trousers and shorts and have fabric ready to make some for my daughter.

This is the first item of clothing I have made. I am a complete novice. I just took my time. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Making the full length version. Nearly finished them. Will probably make some more. I deem them to be a success! I expect I will purchase more of Tilly's patterns.

The pattern looks so easy to follow, have not made yet but photo will follow when made, first time using your patterns but I’ve heard great reviews.

More excellent patterns from TATB. The hardest bit was picking a colour combo, eventually landing on inspo from my much loved childhood rollerboots. To enhance the 80s feel, I went full towelling - it worked. 🛼

Sewed up an absolute treat, instructions were incredibly clear and once I'd done the cutting out it was really swift to sew. It would be even easier with sweat shirting or brushed back terry.

There are so many different options for these patterns, I can't wait to make more!

Clear instructions. Loved the QR code in the printed pattern. It’s an adorable addition to my wardrobe.

I clearly missed bit in the description that said, “confident” beginner as before these all I had made is 3 cushions and Jaime PJ bottoms in a class, however, the instructions were so clear and the other resources that are available in line meant that while I had to really concentrate because I was learning a lot of new skills the end result was pretty good IMHO.

My wife is delighted with the finished result and I think I know how to adjust the pattern a bit next time to get them perfect for her. I will definitely make these again in a different fabric

I’m a beginner, and only got as far as cutting them out. I love , the instruction book that comes with the patterns . Once I get the tension right on my sewing machine, I’ll be off . Keep up the good work everyone

Absolutely love this book. I've made Tshirts, Leggings and a couple of indigo dresses for my youngest daughter. I can't wait to make the jacket next. Fantastic designs, with instructions that are easy to follow. I love how Tilly adds ideas on adapting the patterns!!
