Brother to our popular Jaimie pattern, with a longer and straighter menswear fit, the Joe pyjamas make a quick and easy sewing project. Choose between full-length pyjama bottoms or above-the-knee shorts, with optional drawstring detail. The low-rise, elasticated waist and relaxed-fit leg make these PJs oh so comfy for lounging.

Easy sew and true to fit. Made 3 pairs in a day. Unheard of as a very slow sewist who procrastinates a lot.

            Great easy sew

I sewed one for my beloved. He's happy. It was straightforward as any TatB pattern.
One star off, it would be great if pocket options were included and marked in the Pattern pieces. With guessing and holding out the pattern pieces in front of, they ended up a little low.

Thanks for the pocket feedback x

            Sew simple

A great pattern to get me back into sewing and try out my new machine. My hubby has a pair, my dad has a pair, who’s next? :). Watched the video, simple instructions and easy to follow. Thinking about my next project…..

Ooh yay thank you Helen. Team Buttons x

            Simple, versatile, comfy

Simple, versatile pattern that produces a comfy pair of pajama bottoms for older boys and men. I used some Art Gallery flannel for a winter pair but look forward to making these in some light cotton for spring and the in the shorts length for summer.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your kind words. Team Buttons x

            Fabulous!

I am a beginner but these were so easy to follow. I also watched the video too. My husband now has an amazing pair of pjs made from a 1970’s duvet cover!

Thank you Samantha for showing off how beginner friendly this patterns is and how sustainable too by using your old bedding. Hope your husband has enjoyed many lazy days in his Joe PJs. Team Buttons x
