Finally a pair of Culotte style trousers that won't sit too tight around my thighs (size 14). I'm already working on my second pair and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last. Sewing trousers with pockets and a zipper seemed so intimidating to me. And if I look at my finished Thea trousers I still can't comprehend that it was ME who made these! The instructions are clear and take you step by step so that the project comes together quite easily. Would definitely recommend!

I gave up attempting to make trousers with a fly zip for two years and along came Thea! The instructions are so clear and helpful it's no wonder they are award winning. I have made a pair that fit me like a glove and I can't wait to make more now I've broken my fear of flies! Thanks Team TATB

I love this pattern and the welt pocket instructions are brilliant. I’ve now used them for another pattern too - just ignored their instructions and used Tilly’s! In fact all of this company’s instructions are brilliant. I find that half the time with a number other pattern companies Advanced or Intermediate just mean's We’re Not Really Going To Tell You How To Do It!

I loved making the Thea trousers and have since made a second pair with plans for a third!!! I graded the waist in to fit my sway back but apart from that the fit was perfect. The only thing I changed in my second pair was to narrow the width of the waistband as I found it a bit too deep for me. As always the instructions were so clear and easy to follow including the fly zip which can be a bit of a challenge!!!
