    Best shoulder ruffle

    I love the shoulder ruffle on my Freya sweatshirt it was easier than I thought to do and adds a special touch that I have lots of compliments from thank you tilly xx

    1st Shoulder ruffles

    Downloaded the pattern and followed the on-line instructions. As with everything I have got from Tilly and The Buttons the instructions were easy to follow. I put my ruffles on Billie sweatshirt and I am really pleased with them.
