I’m a late starter to dressmaking having sewn bags, purses etc in the recent past. I took the plunge after recommendations and it was an easy pattern to follow with excellent instructions and photographs in the accompanying booklet. Im so pleased with my first ever attempt and my pyjama bottoms turned out great. The sizing is spot on. I’ll certainly be using patterns from TATB again and recommending them to others. A proper paper pattern, not the tissue type.

Really enjoed making up this pattern .Clear simple instructions did get mixed up with placing of fusible web first time but part of my learning curve.....found watching the video step by step was best for me..Most of all great result.

So pleased to see this pattern covers all sizes now so am able to make for family and myself. The pattern has clearly marked places to adjust the depth of the space between crotch and waist - something my mum always complains about with hipsters.
Pattern is as easy as it says.

This was the first pattern I tried, and it is such a lovely make. Very clear and easy to follow instructions with lots of pictures. So satisfying to be able to make something I can use and enjoy so often too. I’ve made a few of these now, in cosy brushed cotton for winter, cotton lawn for Summer, and even some very special Liberty print pj shorts for holidays!
