Melody is modelling the UK 16-34 range (pink and red flowers knee-length and ocean green maxi dresses) and wears size 11 (UK 26), graded to a size 13 (UK30) at the hips.

10-13mm (⅜-½in) wide single fold bias binding: sizes 1-6 – 3m (3¼yd); sizes 7-15 – 3.5m (3⅞yd) OR 0.4m (½yd) extra fabric (such as lightweight cotton) to make your own
Optional: 3m (2⅞yd) iron-on seam tape to stabilise neckline and armholes on drapier fabrics
Small piece of iron-on interfacing
Sewing machine and basic tools (a 10-13mm [⅜-½in] bias binding maker can be helpful)
For optional bra stays: hand sewing needle + 2 x small sew-on snaps

Easy sew

Easy sew, I did however make a few adjustments.

The armholes sat VERY low on me, so i shortened the straps. The pockets were also too low for me so I shifted them too.

I ended up lining the tops of mine too instead of binding. It started out because my fabric was too thin, but now I do it just because I prefer it. With thin fabric, I line the skirt too.

I'd love to add a little ruffle sleeve to a future Skye too, I think that woud look extra sweet.

Skye sundress

Just made a Skye sundress in lovely cotton checked material in shades of peach, fawn and blues. I altered the the front and back slightly by making the straps wider and the back a little higher then adding wide self ties. I also cut out two fronts and backs so no need for bias binding. Very pleased with the finished dress. I have tried other pattern brands but find Tilly and the buttons so much easier to follow and I know that the finished item will fit me. I would love a pattern for a dropped waist dress or a dress with dress with a diagonal pleat bodice.
