New to sewing

I came upon this pattern by chance, it’s true to size went together nicely with no problems.
Will be buying more patterns from Tilly as they all look nice and the models are even different ages and sizes so they look normal.

Fab pattern

I made this to wear on Coronation weekend. I had a random piece of Jubilee fabric in a lucky dip stash I bought never thinking I would use it. This pattern was perfect to try on it. I love the tip about the button loop from an old hair and and the edge stitching for the facing. Great pattern paper and true sizing. Can’t wait to wear it and am going to make the top version now I know the fit is good in a lovely Lady McElroy fabric I have.
