GET INSPIRED #SewingNora
This pattern is really simple to sew and so versatile. I’d made two different versions within the first week of downloading! My first was using a mustard sweatshirt fleece backed jersey with the stepped hem
and higher neck version - I love the long sleeves - so snuggly! My second was a totally different outcome just by opting for the elbow length sleeves, normal neckband and using a lighter weight cotton jersey - it made a fabulous pj top that I added an appliqué to so I had a slouchy top to match my TATB Margot pjs!
I’m already planning more Noras in my head!
Kerry thank you so much for your lovely message. Nora is one of my personal faves, so versatile. Have fun making many more. Kate x
I’m in love and have found my favourite pattern! The Nora is wonderfully quick to make, has so many options and looks amazing! I will be making many more. Thank you TATB x
Yay Claire-Marie. Nora is definitely a top Buttons face. Thank you for sharing our pics and don't forget to share on our social channels using #SewingNora
I made one with high collar and stepped hems for myself and the long t shirt with long sleeves and small collar for my daughter. We both love wearing them and will be making more
Thank you Karen for sharing your makes and for your kind words. Yay to making more Noras. Team Buttons x
Came up true too size. Easy to follow instructions. I made it in a couple of hours.
I love the Nora pattern, it is one of my faves because it is so quick to make. Thank you so much for your kind words. x
Whilst I love Tilly and Buttons patterns unfortunately I bought this not realising it was a PDF, I thought it was a paper pattern. Therefore I have been unable to use it as I cannot work out how to transfer the pattern to its correct size. Sad because it looks like it could be a really good pattern. For £11 I would have hoped for a paper pattern!
Hi KJ, thanks so much for sharing this. We do our best to make it clear when a pattern is PDF only and we do also have a blog all about using PDF sewing patterns which you might find very useful. I've popped the link below.
https://www.tillyandthebuttons.com/2013/01/how-to-use-digital-sewing-patterns.html
The A0 PDF file is included in all our PDF patterns so if you have a print shop close by you can ask them to print or you could use any number of online print services. We have some recommendations in the above blog post.
If you are still struggling then you might still be able to cancel your order. Just pop Kate a quick message at hello@tillyandthebuttons.com
Hope this helps
